I am an attorney, notary, and conveyancer. I focus on local and international fiduciary, succession, and intergenerational planning, including working with roleplayers in the philanthropy space. I have experience in acting as a trusted advisor to families, dealing with external experts, creating multiple solutions to support stakeholder engagement. I can provide legal advice and support a highly skilled team of professionals, we assist wealth clients to protect their legacy, acting as a fiduciary and looking at their philanthropic goals. My focus area is on providing technical support to specialists, opening up local and global network opportunities, finding new ways of doing things, the creation and implementation of new products and services. My personal commitment to charitable gifting is a focus area, I am connecting our frontline teams with our philanthropic advisory team, creating awareness and providing training. I was previously employed by a multijurisdictional organization spanning 13 offices in 12 countries. Throughout my career I managed to build strong global and local networks. I serve on professional panels for the industry, write articles and undertake interviews, do presentations. My wish is that all fiduciary advisors be trained to provide support in the philanthropy space. My role allows the opportunity for me to create new ideas and solutions for legacy planning.I have acted as a representative trustee and advisor to high net worth families and their advisors, as well as working closely with charitable foundations and, providing support to the charities and workingwithcommunities. I administered various complicated deceased estates for UHNW families during the course of my career and dealt with aspects of estate planning and related matters. My interest in FATCA and CRS extended my knowledge of the international industry. My experience in the fiduciary industry allows me to assist clients in reviewing their trust structures and their local and offshore Wills and related matters. I used to work and still deal with Family Office representatives and client matters. My experience and knowledge relating to the drafting and implementation of policies and procedures, risk management, and training adds another set of skills. One of my projects was the implementation of the National Wills project for an international company, focusing on local matters. Each year, we arrange an industry event with the tax faculty and international presenters, namely cross-border considerations for advisors: GLOBAL FAMILIES AND BUSINESS OWNERS
