  Tim Hortons is a quick service restaurant chain which focuses on top quality, always fresh product, great service, and community leadership. Tim Hortons serves always fresh coffees, baked goods, and homestyle sandwiches. I became a team lead in 2018 when I was 17 years old and most of my job includes guiding the group to complete the goal for the day. When a misunderstanding between a team member and a customer happens, I try to resolve it by talking calmly to the customer, as well as to my team. I got promoted to a supervisor role 2 years later. I learned how to count money, do inventory, and take on the role of the manager when they are not present. Sending team members to lunch breaks and chores, and placing team members to different positions at work, most of the time, to where they are best at, are also some of the things I do.
