Supervise a medium-sized team (15 people, spread over 4 sites in France)Structure the team into 4 expertises (climate adaptation, flood risks vulnerability, finance and economic studies, waste management), Recruit new talent and ensure their integration (employees, interns, PhD students)Evaluate performance, promote and support staff developmentFoster collaboration and resolve conflicts between individualsDefine and lead a strategy for developing team expertise and commercial collaboration with internal and external partners

Economic evaluation and financial analysis in the fields of infrastructure and development work: harbour developments, water and sanitation projects, master plans, business plans… in France and abroad for public and private clients.

Dialogue facilitation between NGOs and the United Nations :- conception, preparation and organization of civil society forum (3 days, 600 participants)- support to the lobbying strategy, definition and diffusion of common positions from our members to the ECOSOC of the UNMembership coordination

- Coordination of the French cooperation with civil society : management of the small grants program of the Embassy for local NGOs (500.000 € for 4 years), projects’ selection and follow-up, monitoring and evaluation of the program- Coordination of the decentralization process in Ghana: identification and elaboration of one project to support decentralization process and local development in Ghana (Budget of 1,5 M € for 4 years)
