As a Field Trainer I was responsible for regional implementation of two phase SAP rollout, introduction of service training including product knowledge retention, new store opening team development and leadership role immersion. I was selected to travel to London and participate on international design team for global sales and service training program.The Burberry Experience was created and rolled out globally by this focus team.
