Tasks:- Manage invoicing team:* Motivating team to decrease invoicing delays;* Coach team to increase efficiency while processing orders- CIP & process review:* Streamlining invoicing process: automation of the invoice process to minimize processing time; standardization of invoicing process across team members;* Set up reporting tool to process mileage tax (> 100 trucks);* Introduce completeness checks on closed orders to ensure correct cost reporting;* Initiate and refine desktop procedures- Reporting: daily reports on invoicing progress, weekly revenue calculation, weekly overview for site managers of open sites, ad hoc requests

- Manage International AR team (both locally & remotely): * Training & coaching; daily Q&A session; weekly team meeting to set up action plans; motivating team to achieve AR goals; weekly 1:1 to discuss career progressCIP & process review:* Streamlining invoicing process: automate invoice distribution & set up reporting tools to minimize processing time, introduce completeness checks on closed orders vs invoicing;* Creation of reports for Global Credit Analyst to follow up on progress; Bad Debts Analysis on WW level; customer settings for ad hoc reports AR – revenue – sales;* Proposals for avoidance of data breaches in OTC; * Initiate and refine desktop procedures;Reporting:* provision for bad debts; hedging forecast for invoicing & cash collections; weekly AR overviews for Account Managers; QBR; target forecasting; daily, weekly and monthly metrics for Sr. management, mid-month evolution of AR, ad hoc requestsAR integrations of acquired companies:* Gap analysis “As is process” vs “To be”; Customer Database cleanse; User Acceptance Testing; Follow up on AR between acquisition and integration; AR Conversion, work with people who have been made redundant in the process. Part of the cross-functional operational finance team leader group to ensure that metrics are provided and projects are executed in a timely manner and in line with the needs of the entire finance department (GL, Tax, Statutory accounting, FP&A and OTC)

- Manage AR team (temp contracts): training & coaching to achieve cash targets- Reporting: bad debts analysis; legal cases follow up; ad hoc reports- Determine credit limit for new customers- Reconciliations of Intercompany transactions, Nettings & AR-GL- Establish new collections procedure- Reduce closing time from 2 working days to 1

- Distribute lists of daily tasks to Junior Collectors to achieve Cash goals- Bad debts analysis- Legal cases follow up- Reduce closing time from 5 to 2 working days- Streamline AR/GL reconciliation- Implementation of system functionalities for WW visibility

- Cash Applications: book incoming payments, Intercompany transactions, reconcile credit notes with invoices- Daily follow up on overdue accounts- Reaching cash targets

- Fine tuning of Project Accounting Module: set up templates for project creation, streamline the invoicing process to ensure items are invoiced correctly and timely- Process Professional Services Contracts: full admin cycle: set up in ERP, invoicing, calculation of the monthly revenue & quarterly reserve analysis- Support Project Managers with queries

- Process incoming Purchase Orders: check contract, pricing, input in ERP system & invoicing - Follow up on delivery or invoicing issues - New customer set up
