When we would meet in a conversation (and I use the word ‘meet’ deliberately), my mind would automatically translate your words into strengths and passions. I am authentically captivated by stories and get goosebumps when I witness people become the main author of their lives.Coach, trainer, engager, coordinator. In all that I do, I offer tools and support to help my audience design their professional lives, to help them decide what they want to keep, what they want more of, less of, or organized in a different way, and this in sync with their talents, skills, values and drivers.Do I know what I want to be when I grow up? I consider my own career as an (art) work in progress. A gradual and conscious uncovering of drivers and talents, weaving certain elements in and out, using all that I learned in every next step. I draw happily from my background as a consultant (insight in different industries and organizational cultures/structures), as a teacher (how to motivate and express concepts clearly), as a career counselor (techniques, models, but mostly the inspiring stories of everyone I had the pleasure of working with), and from what I absorbed from organisational psychology, applied positive psychology, mindfullness, creative therapy…. Result? A unique approach to career guidance, spicing up the way of the rational mind with a creative challenge here and there, because to see (yourself and your goals) clearly, you often need to change perspective.In terms of changing perspectives, I love to look at the world upside down in yoga, to get an underwater view while swimming, a rotating image while dancing, a fast-forward movie on my bike, a laid-back gazing at the stars from my hammock.
