As the Commercial Director, I’m responsible for all commercial activities within the company. I continue to oversee three key accounts that I’ve managed since before stepping into this role—CHRLY, Cricut, and Seagate (love them!)—while also focusing on bringing in new clients and opportunities. My main responsibilities as Commercial Director are: • Developing and coordinating the annual commercial plan for presales, sales, and aftersales (in collaboration with the management team) • Creating and following up the external communication plan (in partnership with the comms team) • Leading and organizing all new business pitches (alongside the managing director and PR director) • Enhancing and streamlining the commercial and communication skills of the team (in collaboration with creative directors and team leads) • Ensuring quality by monitoring and optimizing results (working closely with creative directors and team leads)This role gives me so much energy because it’s a mix of teamwork, creativity, adrenaline, meeting new people, organization, feedback, and being out in the field. I’ve learned so much in this position, and I absolutely love it. I report directly to the company’s management, with monthly KPI check-ins and ongoing evaluations.

As a Business Unit Director, I am responsible for the operation and growth of two business units at All Colors: B2C Tech and People (HR) - currently over 30 national and international customers. This position has a broad range of responsibilities: from analyzing market trends and training and mentoring colleagues, to creating and implementing strategies to reach targets. It is my job to make sure that our account managers and account directors are meeting all company goals for efficiency, creativity, productivity and proactivity. I work toward the big picture, while still keeping our day-to-day objectives at the forefront. In this position I am also responsible for all RFPs and pitches within these business units. As a Business Unit Director, I report directly to the management of the company.

As an Account Director, I make sure that we create the most effective integrated communication campaigns for our customers, by knowing what's going on in their business, what their competition is doing and what their customers are interested in. I ensure that projects are on time, within budget and achieve the strategic objectives. I help plan, coordinate and implement marketing, digital and PR campaigns, oversee the teams who are developing them and consult with clients on a day-to-day basis. At the same time, I figure out what needs to be done next and constantly look for opportunities for our customers. The brands I currently work for are Seagate (EMEA), LaCie (EMEA), Cricut (EMEA), Attentia (Belgium), OPPO (Belgium), and Somfy (Benelux). As Account Director, I report directly to the management of the company.

As an Integrated Communications Consultant, I support our customers in their communication needs. After agreeing upon the best tactics to reach their objectives (lead gen, brand awareness, sales), I execute the campaign together with colleagues from other teams (PR, graphic design, event, content, ...) . I work for B2C and B2B customers in EMEA, such as Seagate, LaCie, Attentia, Somfy, Alcatel, MisterFly, ... In this position I report to the Account Director.

At newsmonkey, a news site we launched in January 2014, I was responsible for all of the editorial content: the articles, the videos, the social media, the internal and external communication. As the Managing Editor, I reported to the Editor-In-Chief.I was in charge of both the Flemish and the French team (around 20 journalists at the time). The team could (and would) reach me 24/24, 7/7. And together with the Editor-In-Chief I focussed on journalistic strategies, content and big projects.

This started as an internship of 3 months, but soon turned into a (very) fulltime job. After a while (and after working 5 months in LA and a summer in Sydney) I wrote less articles, and focused more on overseeing and organizing our news website, on planning and executing cool projects and on training new colleagues/interns. I reported to the Managing Editor.
