• Lead monthly Membership Committee meetings to discuss Club issues and resolutions; prepare agenda and YTD census including new members, resignations, reinstatements, and transfers.• Prepare and provide wait list movement analysis to the Club’s external audit firm, BDO USA, LLC for reconciliation during the Annual Financial Statement Audit.• Manage the new member process by assisting potential candidates, sponsors, and endorsers with the admission, interview, and approval process.• Implement new Club Bylaws, Club Rules, and membership procedures as necessary in collaboration with Club Benchmarking Consultants and Legal Council.• Oversee and guide the Communication Designer, training them on creating weekly promotional material and social media content to maintain and attract membership engagement, as well as collecting monthly data on member usage of our online reservation systems and mail reporting systems, analyzing site traffic and providing detailed findings for our year-end review process.• Administer personnel training to inform and educate staff members and management on new Membership and Communication developments and procedures.• Conduct Club Comparison Data with local country clubs to compare membership categories and their respective initiation fees, annual dues, and monthly fees.• Coordinate with Club Consultants, LLC on the Clubs Membership Survey Report to evaluate member satisfaction with the various aspects of the facilities and operations.• Collaborate with website and mobile app developer Club Essentials on the site's build to ensure a user friendly experience and analytic reporting needs are met.
