I have two avatars: one of a corporate leadership facilitator and the other, a wellness educator - both leveraging my years of study of the body-mind. I’m a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, having studied in the US and UK with co-founder Dr. Richard Bandler. I apply this technology in individual and group coaching, enabling participants to learn language patterns faster, and change behaviors and limiting beliefs. I’m also a qualified Yoga Teacher and have adapted these principles into a signature program – Buddha in the Boardroom, designed for Leadership self-development. I’ve perfected the art of using game theory and challenging participants with physical, mental and large-format board games to simulate real-time workplace challenges. Have conducted small and large (over 100 people) team offsites and leadership conclaves, and several other customized programs for varied behavioral and communication-based outcomes. I have a strong penchant for creating content with the ability to make the most complex concepts interactive and memorable (example: Johari Window through shadow play and even childhood games like pin the tail, new-hire training through a large ‘monopoly’ game board). Clients hire me to develop trainer modules and pilot programs. As a doTERRA wellness advocate in one of the larger India teams, I'm looking to grow my network in India with like-minded wellness professionals and network marketers with soul :) I'm also looking to do more speaker slots at women's forums, diversity programs, wellness conferences and retreats.
