Rotary GSE program is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for young professionals. • Four weeks spent in Brazil learning their cultural institutions, observed various vocations practiced, developed professional relationships as well as created strong personal relationships with host Rotarian families and Rotarians. • Stayed with 4 Rotarian families that served as host parents for 1 week at a time. • Attended and presented at 24 Rotary meetings (meetings held in Portuguese). • Attended and presented at District Conference. • Returned to Brazil in 11/2009 to visit with host families and work with a non-profit introduced via GSE.
