As the Marketing Chair for DanceBlue 2025, I lead a dynamic team of creatives while serving on the executive leadership board the largest student-led philanthropy in the SEC. My role entails overseeing five talented coordinators in key areas such as public relations, graphic design, merchandise, and social media management (@uk_danceblue), as well as serving on the 20th Anniversary Chair Team. Leveraging my skills in strategic planning, creative direction, and effective communication, I drive impactful campaigns to raise awareness and funds in the fight against pediatric cancer in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In my years of leadership with DanceBlue, I served as a team captain, Graphic Design Coordinator, and Merchandise Coordinator (increasing merchandise sales by ~164%). Additionally, I had the honor of establishing the DanceBlue endowment fund in partnership with the Golden Matrix Fund in September 2024.

Since my start as the Digital Marketing Specialist at Faithful Platform, I successfully grew @faithfulplatformrings following by ~309% by implementing a strategic content plan focused on engaging and authentic storytelling. I leverage data-driven insights to create visually appealing content that resonates with our audience, run persuasive Meta Ad campaigns, utilize targeted hashtags to expand our reach, and foster community through interacting with our clients in the digital space. Additionally, I collaborate with the marketing team to create educational graphics for FP Affiliates, as well as assist with coordination of in-person outreach events around the southeastern U.S.

At just 11 years old, I discovered my passion for hand-lettering and custom design, which sparked the creation of Anneli White Designs. By age 16, I formalized my venture as a sole proprietorship after attending the Governor's School for Entrepreneurs, where I honed my business acumen and creative skills.As a self-taught hand-lettering and graphic artist, I specialize in crafting unique, personalized artwork that brings my clients' visions to life, from business logos and wedding stationery suites to bespoke product collections. In addition to retail, I have experience teaching art workshops to ages six to sixty and showcasing my work at pop-up shops across Kentucky. Notably, I participated in the 2021 Pinners Conference in Atlanta, where I shared my original artwork with customers across the southeastern U.S.My products are also available wholesale, with offerings in-stores across Kentucky, Texas, and Georgia. As the Marketing & Design Intern at Paxton Home, I played a vital role in enhancing the brand’s presence and supporting various operational functions. I created engaging content for Instagram and Facebook, focusing on showcasing our products and promoting brand awareness through visually appealing graphics and compelling captions. In addition to my marketing responsibilities, I served as a personal assistant to the CEO, providing administrative support and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. I also assisted with custom interior design projects for clients, collaborating closely with the design team to deliver tailored solutions that met individual needs. Furthermore, I worked on the sales floor during our monthly events, engaging with customers, promoting products, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall shopping experience. This internship allowed me to develop a diverse skill set in marketing, design, and customer service while contributing to the success of Paxton Home.

As a summer intern at Kentucky Farm Bureau, I enhanced my event coordination, organization, and operational skills while working closely with the Events Manager to support multiple company-wide events for approximately 400 employees. As a proactive member of the Events Team, I played a pivotal role in executing “Measure the Candidate,” a key event for Kentucky’s gubernatorial candidates in July 2023.My daily responsibilities included a diverse range of tasks, such as planning interactive activities that engaged attendees, ordering supplies, and establishing new systems to streamline event planning processes. I took the initiative to contact new vendors, fostering relationships that expanded our resources for events. Additionally, I was involved in designing visual components that elevated the overall attendee experience.I also contributed to the planning and execution of executive events and internal company functions, such as board trips and the Annual Retiree Luncheon, ensuring that every detail was meticulously organized and aligned with the company's standards. To improve efficiency within the team, I created and implemented a new Excel itinerary template that streamlined our planning workflow.Collaboration was key in my role, as I coordinated with catering, floral, and hospitality vendors across Kentucky, Utah, and Florida, ensuring that each event was not only well-organized but also memorable for all participants. This internship provided me with invaluable hands-on experience in event management and honed my ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
