The purpose of this job is to be accountable to manage, detail and execute Talent Management, Change and Culture initiatives in compliance with group and regional minimum standards, leveraging HR expert services and transactional services in the region, and with a solid understanding of the business priorities and needs in order to drive the regional agenda, service the business requirements into integrated people solutions, value generation and reduce business risks.Translate business needs into Talent, Change and Culture solutions that will enable the assigned BU to achieve its strategic objectives, attract and retain the talent it needs to operationalise its strategy.

• Ensuring data integrity (Compiles and presents meaningful reports to HRC’s)• Remuneration and employee benefits (Assist HRC’s with payroll queries)• Staff movements and separation of employees (Assist HRC’s with paperwork)• SOX Co-ordinator (Understands governance & execution of tasks assigned to this role)• Assisting HRC’s with day to day activities/ admin tasks (e.g. booking of accommodation for new starts etc.)

Bachelor’S Degree, Industrial Pscychology And Sociology, B Degree (Honours) With Distinction
