Review and manage: material usage, rate, method change, routing and WO receipted quantity variances. Involves investigating the causes, fixing or delegating errors for correction and escalating any identified system or technical issues to stop the problem repeating. Support function relating to CI, Op’s meetings and project analysis. Also used as a measurement of performance for Clearance Manager. Weekly Stock Write Off report for business, tracking dairy write offs/credits against budget, listing TOP30 product contributing to write offs/credits against Quality, Sale or Return, Dated Stock, Manufacturing and Warehousing reason codes.  Weekly reports for all New Product (NPD) for the first 13 weeks. Tracking credits/write offs against sales.  Weekly Credit report, highlighting non approved customers that receive credits/write offs.  Weekly Stock on Hand reports for total dairy (Fresh foods, Speciality cheese, Everyday cheese and Beverages).  Weekly movement report tracking movement of good stock going dated.
