My passion as a seasoned real property appraiser has priviledged me to wear various hats in the Real Estate Industry for nearly thirteen years. As the business owner of Elder's Real Estate Enterprise, I'm a Appraiser, Home Inspector, Mobile Notary and Mentor. At Elder's Real Estate we strive to deliver a professional product by standing on our Mission "Doing it right the first time". I'm diverse in multiple Georgia markets and investment consultanting. My belief is all people & transactions are unique; Leroy Elder, of whom is my husband and I do our best to approach each senario that way. Elder's Beauty & Barber Time has been a love child of mines in a sense, for the human connections from people on all levels in life, ranging in ages from infants to senior citizens that were in and currently are in; institutions, hospitals, private residences' assistant living/ personal care homes and rehabilation facilities. I've had the pleasure of providing professional beauty services as a master Cosmetolgist for nearly twenty years to many people faced with:cancer, alzheimers & memory loss along with a wide range of mental, physical and other health challenges. Real Estate and the Hair industries have taught me amazing lessions about people, life and professionalism. Moving forward realizing I still had more to do as I went on to achieve a Business Degree from the University of Phoenix in 2011 along with my husband. In this stage of my life I've decided to embark on Real Estate Investing, to take advantage of some of the phenomonial inventory and prices that are currently available in the real estate market. Moving forward with new projects, I am Excited about my up and coming New Book Release~Purple River, Coming your way in September 2015.
