• Trustee, The Perkins School, Governance and Development Committees: Involved in all aspects of board governance including Head of School review, Board recruitment and tenure timelines, creating the board’s scheduling calendar and agendas as well as facilitating strategic conversations. Created new strategic plan. Successfully secured $1.5M in addition to $250K raised from a capital campaign for a new building. Reworking the school’s mission statement and succession plan as well as implementing competitive salaries and benefits for teachers. • Founder, The Wimble-Willis Tennis Tournament: Established to raise money for local non-profits including PEPS, Disability Rights Washington, Northwest Harvest, Assistance in Development, and Page Ahead. Initiated the fundraising and marketing strategy, established partnerships resulting in an increase of 10x the donations over its five-year existence. • Implemented the fifth Seattle Public Schools district-wide recycling and composting program at View Ridge Elementary by working with the principal, the PTA, and the district. • Created and managed a quickly developing and energetic group of three. Directed all education, social, and emotional development resulting in three well-rounded and successful students.• Developed expertise in conflict resolution, project and time management, work-stream scheduling, logistical challenges, and contract negotiations. • Oversaw a large-scale 10-month home remodel, doubling square footage and increasing property value by $500K.• Organized a 250-person party on the East Coast by remotely coordinating a variety of vendors to ensure a smooth and successful celebratory event. Event was 30% under budget.

Seattle County Day School in Seattle, Washington • Managed a special education classroom of 14-18 highly capable students by implementing differentiated curriculum to meet individual student needs. • Worked with multiple specialists to address the needs of students with dyslexia, executive functioning needs as well as processing challenges so that students could thrive in the high preforming SCDS community. • Designed and created the Math Explorations curriculum for the third grade, which is still in use today. • Used the Second Step program and The Socratic Method to resolve conflict on a regular basis. • Had fun with students while maintaining an environment conducive to learning.

• Closely worked with a lead classroom teacher and the second grade team on curriculum and behavior management. • Monitored student success using individual learning approaches and evaluated student progress weekly. • Taught small and whole group lessons resulting in a student written and produced play called, The Seven Gods of Luck.• Worked with Head Varsity Coaches on daily physical conditioning, practices, scrimmages, games, and regattas. • Promoted positive team attitude through nutrition lessons as well as team-building and exercises that developed resilience and mental toughness.

• Used benchmark methods to improve accuracy, comprehension, and reading proficiency. • Employed executive functioning strategies to help student complete studies on time and with 100% accuracy. • Utilized phonics, the Slingerland Method, and other literacy strategies to create an individualized reading skills plan.

• Supported an equity partner and his two associates on case management for two large companies as well as Consumer Product Safety Commission allegations regarding recalls and injury. • Responsible for analysis of depositions and interrogatories in product liability and lemon law cases. • Participated in client meetings as well as trial preparation with expert and fact witnesses, and inspections of “lemon” vehicles.

• Facilitated a wide array of duties including research, public relations, training, advertising, and budget management for the Education Department. Programs were on or below budget 100% of the time.• Planned museum events including Summer Art Camps, Children’s Days, and Art Classes. Substituted as the art instructor when necessary. • Created an outreach program at local homeless shelter called The Community Kitchen.• Trained and managed the museum’s docents, and conducted museum tours for school field trips as needed.

• Selected to research twenty-four John Singer Sargent portraits for a potential exhibit under the supervision of Dr. David Park Curry, Curator of American Art.
