With 18 years working experience in digital + more than 10 years in management, I've conceptualized, executed, and managed award-winning digital platforms and teams, incl. free-to-air television channel e.tv, Between 10and5, News24's Channel24, Women’s Health magazine, Speakerbox and more. I'm currently Director + CEO at Between 10and5, a digital publisher and creative agency, with the South African creative class at the core of everything it does. Before I joined 10and5 full time, I started a digital consultancy business, StoryMode, which has serviced clients like Media24, Via, Swipe, Showmax and DStv, focusing on Video on Demand services and apps.To date, my experience and training include digital publishing and marketing, developing ‘over the top’ video products, digital strategy and managing digital businesses. My skills include understanding and managing technical processes and teams, digital business, and product reviews, managing editorial teams and designers, managing social media channels and digital marketing campaigns, and building world class digital business through a knowledge of industry, my unique experience and basic business skills.I've been a Bookmarks Awards judge 5 x times and have won two ‘Best Publisher’ Bookmark Awards. I was named one of ‘The Media Game Changers of the Year’ for 2011 and 2012 by Jeremy Maggs’s The Annual.
