My work included mentoring and coaching staff, undertaking pre-engagement research into local experiences / relationships to place and their key institutions, designing novel engagement and governance.

As a Founding Director I was responsibile forgovernance, strategy development, stakeholder management, business/funding and programme development. A highlight was: 1 Conversation, 100 Communities. This programme enabled Te Pūtahi and the people of Christchurch to co-design this new organisation and opened an opportunity for 100 groups to reflect, together.
