My focus is solving problems and finding answers for clients. I like to troubleshoot to discover interesting, innovative solutions to a long-standing issue or challenge. I've been sharing these skills with public and private sector clients for 30+ years, and am especially energized working with groups over time to observe their positive results. Clients have retained me to assist in human resource/talent management, organizational consulting, process improvement, training and speaking nationwide, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. In addition to strategic planning initiatives, I custom-design professional development programs on topics such as change management, sexual harassment and diversity, bullying prevention, team development, negotiation and influencing skills, and leadership development, often with a physical, outdoor component. Feedback over the years has emphasized that my programs are results-oriented, research-based, and highly enjoyable. Besides a Master's of Science Degree from Johns Hopkins University, I have advanced training in organizational problem solving, professional facilitation, and bullying awareness and prevention.
