Annemarie is a passionate professional within the area of beauty, cosmetics, hair care, marketing, coaching and education. Based on a solid foundation of being a professional hairdresser including the so-called "Meister" certification in Germany with a "cum laude award" she started her career hands-on being the managing director of three saloons in the State of Thuringia, Germany. Always on the run for new challenges, she developed herself towards the role of an international trainer for haircare products of brands like Paul Mitchell and Kemon. Within this role she covered the end-to-end journey from product development, marketing, sales, public relations and education. Among others, this included performances on the world's biggest beauty and haircare events, such as "TOP HAIR, Germany", "Hair & Beauty, Germany, "The Paul Mitchell Gathering, US" just to name a few. Apart from the big stages she is an international coach and trainer for in-salon-education having more than 1.000 classes on her track record. Completing her on-stage-experience she published three specialist books on hair coloring, hair cutting and long-hair updos in addition to numerous publications in professional journals (e.g. Estitica, Top Hair, DFM, Clips and Friseurwelt) and fashion magazines (e.g. In Instyle, IN-Touch, Harper’s Bazaar). Following her studies on public relations and blogging, she is focussing herself lately on coaching salons on social media marketing and customer experiences.
