Set, monitor, and adjust goals and benchmarks, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.Marketing and Advocacy:Develop and execute digital and social media marketing strategies to enhance engagement and growth.Advocate for various groups, contributing to significant policy changes and investments in addiction treatment.Career Milestones (As of 2024):Established and sustained Recovery Month in the UK.Organised 15 UK Recovery Walks, attracting over 55,000 attendees.Coordinated 15 Recovery Conferences with significant live and online participation.Authored the UK ‘Recovery Declaration of Rights’, gaining widespread support.Produced influential media content, including the widely viewed film "We are you the affected".Successfully campaigned for substantial government investments in addiction treatment in Scotland and England.Created the UKs first Addiction Advocacy case worker service.
