The customer journey map is used throughout our organization to align our marketing teams with our customer's needs, pain points, feelings, and opportunities.Develop the vision and requirements to create meaningful candidate experiences that can be leveraged across the organization to increase conversions throughout the candidate journey. Support the evolution of digital assets into an integrated media platform (email, web, social, data) that supports the organizations’ strategic growth plans. Facilitate the integration of all products and services across all web properties, while representing the global candidate experience.
