By building empowered teams with high levels of trust, you activate peoples' skillset, creativity and enable them to contribute with their expert knowledge. It also allows the team to speak up, fail fast and learn continuously. I have always seen leadership and coaching as my way to impact the brilliant people I work with, who have much more deep expert knowledge than I do.
