As Content Manager I streamlined the process for content input into the new Content Management System, developed quality standards for content and realised pragmatic solutions to overcome the limitations of the Content Management System.As Communications Advisor I developed and implemented communication plans that helped the training department of Capgemini in getting market awareness for its existing and new service offerings with regards to its trainings and learning consultancy.

In this period I worked on a projectbasis as communications advisor for clients such as the Municipality of Amsterdam, Unilever, ABN-Amro, the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA), Dutch Railroads (NS) and Capgemini itself.I conducted Customer Satisfaction Research commissioned by the Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA), the housing corporation Stadion and the Central Fine Collection Agency (CJIB).Furthermore I worked as webeditor for the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment (VROM) and for ICTU on the Dutch Government website Overheid.nl.
