I am responsible for people and organisational development in all the companies that belong to Vidju Holding AS (Føie (Hallingdal Kraftnett), Bruse. Hallingdal Teleservice, HallingKonsult among others). My portfolio contains people processes, change mangement, leadership- and organisational design and development, HSEQ, recruitement, leader development, employee engagement survey, M&A processes, facilitation, (management) team development, competence analysis, mapping and development, diversity & inclusion, stakeholder relationships, coaching, (people) strategy development among other responsibilities.

I guided customers who liked to walk new paths with their people and teams. I facilitated change journeys that gave inspiration, energy and new insights in business practices, project execution and people development. Through my facilitated interventions I helped my customers to wonder, learn, change, discover, develop and find new meaning in their explorations for value creation. My main clients were GK, Statkraft, Element Logic and Cyber Privacy.

I traveled the world to find inspiration, gain experience and develop myself in order to become even better at developing my customers. I hiked some long trails through the Norwegian mountains and I was a few months in Signapore, Australia and New Zealand to find new puspose and make plans for a new phase in my life.

I supported several customers with the development of their people and organisation. I was a strategic sparring partner, trusted adviser, facilitator and design partner for projects in leadership development, organisational development, competency modelling, team development, coaching and change. I created change with impact by bringing energy and inspiration to many people and teams. My main clients were GIEK, Eksport kredtit (Eksfin), Gjensidige, Vy, COWI and Høegh.

As the leader of the consulting team in Norway I was part of the Right Management Norway leadership team and responsible for the consulting business. I also acted as principal consultant and supported organisations with career development (mobility, outplacement and career decisions), individual development (leadership and team development, high potential assessment and capability development) and organizational effectiveness (workforce and talent strategy, leadership pipeline and succession planning and workforce engagement and retention)

As a principal consultant I was a member of the Norwegian leadership team for Right Management in Norway. Leading a team of talent management consultants I had business development responsibility for the department. I also acted as a senior delivery consultant for leadership and team development interventions, I acted as an executive coach and worked with organisational development. With broad international experience, I developed cultural and diversity skills in public and private enterprises. I worked in almost all the European countries, US, Canada, South America and Asia. My main lients were Hydro, DNB, Odfjell Drilling, Statoil (Equinor), Accountor group, Aker Solutions, DNVGL, Gassco, Grieg Star, Lindorff and NMBU.

During the 7 years in Aker Solutions, I had several jobs and responsibilities:2009-2011 Organisational Development Manager Corporate HR in OsloI was responsible for corporate organisational development programs in Aker Solutions (BLP, DYL and BAL). In these programmes I had responsibilities for the analysis, concept development and alignment to the business values, principles and strategy, design, selection of vendors & partners, quality assurance and delivery.
