As a coach and a trainer specialized in a neuroscientific approach (the neurocognitive and behavioral approach), I work on understanding and managing human behavior with the aim of helping people to use more efficiently the resources of their prefrontal neocortex . This is the region of the brain that allows individuals to manage stressful, burdensome or unexpected situations.For instance, teaching over-invested and stressed managers how to access more consciously this region results both in general well-being and better job performance.In support of this process, I use my expertise as a certified Evolutive Coach.Nowadays, my project is to deliver this with the goal of benefiting people through individual coaching, workshops and trainings.With empathy, warmth and professionalism, I help individuals to reach this well-being both at work and in private life.
