Leadership role in the closure of the large market payroll business. Accomplishments included the completion of complex client negotiations and leading a cross functional margin improvement project targeted to yield a $25M improvement annually. Project yielded a $36M reduction – beating the target by 44%. Significant work was completed on the associate impact and included rigorous communication strategies, retention strategies (monetary and non- monetary) and placement strategies. The associates in the business had the highest engagement scores in the firm exceeding 90% top two box scores.e of the regional sites and representing the company in the community.

Responsible for leading strategic initiatives for business providing health and welfare and payroll services to Fortune 100 companies. Accomplishments included the realignment of several functions and resulted in a net $28m savings to the business. Led the setup of a new call center and operations site for the business. Center continues to operate at a 30% lower cost rate than other sites and just celebrated the 10-year anniversary.

The group was comprised of client facing executives; a process improvement team which built processes, measurements and controls around the customer experience and a group accountable for driving improvements in data quality. Managed 700 associates in the US and India.
