I am an executive coach, and it's my dream job. I work with global executives as they lead through complex issues and transformational change. These leaders explore new strategies to grow and lead with intentionality and purpose. They show up, do the work, and allow me to support, challenge and reflect. What makes this work so interesting is that my clients work in a wide arc of industries, including advocacy, consulting, NGOs, higher education, public relations/marketing, government, technology, finance, consulting, national security, health care, start-ups, social impact, and international business. My combined experience as a coach and executive in higher education has given me a front-row seat working in high-pressure, mission-driven organizations. I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My approach to coaching is grounded in research, curiosity, and reflection. This is important work, and my clients routinely tell me my work makes a difference. As a higher education executive, I felt the impact of working with a coach, as did my team and colleagues.
