Following a life changing event 4 years ago I have been striving towards a healthy work/ life balance and helping those around me to do the same.My work history in property development has equipped me with business development skills which I have found to be valuable and transferable to any industry. I give 100% to anything I do but I don't want to do anything 100% of the time. I constantly re-appraise the return on my time investment with my various business and community commitments. My units of measurement for this Return on Investment are various and possibly unexpected- they are......-eagerness to get up in the morning and excitement for the day ahead-number of people who I have made a positive impact on their day and helped them reach their goals?-what have I learned and how have I used it?-have I checked in with friends and family?-has all the above activity moved me towards my financial goals?-did I exercise? -did I walk the dogs?-am I having enough holidays?-am I feeling grateful and positive?I haven't yet put a full scoring structure in place but maybe I will! I love meeting new people so whether it's IT training, software development, an extra income or a new career you are looking for get in touch and we can have a chat.
