Industrial PhD student at Center of Functionally Integrative Neuroscience, Aarhus University and Cercare Medical (termination of project before time). Project title: Convolutional Neural Network based prediction of acute stroke response to treatment. I have used CNNs to do image segmentation on MRI and CT scans and prediction of final outcome of acute ischemic stroke. - Machine learning, image analysis, convolutional neural networks using Python and TensorFlow- Object detection and segmentation of abnormal parts of images- Handling large data sets and making most out of small data sets - Model development and validation- Oral and written communication, visualizing and explaining complex data
