Specializing in Business Administration on campus was the beginning of my career. I gained basic business principles theoretically and these formed the foundation of my professional expertise. Taking up a cyber-assistant vocational job during university recess gave me an opportunity to explore the digital world. I currently possess immense knowledge on how to start and grow a business and come up and run projects in all sectors, both profit and non-profit. I founded Startups & Students; a platform where entrepreneurs go when searching for resources needed to start and run their businesses and also a place where university students visit to learn more about scholarships. I'm also the Co-Founder of Ogelea Masters Africa, the only swimming club in Kenya that specializes in adult swimming, first for the learners and ultimately training elite swimmers for national and international competitions. As a private swimming coach, I'm able to train my swimmers in the comfort of their backyards, since I go to where they live.I've coached over 200 entrepreneurs in the area of fundraising, proposal writing and grant application. I share my knowledge on digital marketing with my clients, assist them to grow their online presence organically by training them on the current industry trends and offer short-term consulting services to them when needed.Through Nyayo Moms Sokos, I've worked with women-led businesses within my community for the past two years, helping them trade online and moderating online training programs offered by the organization. I help coordinate their projects, which include live sokos (markets) within the community. I was instrumental in the production of Nyayo Moms Sokos 1st Edition Magazine as the Editor In Chief.Personal Interests:Competitive Swimmer for Kenya’s Masters Swim Team (2-Time Silver Medallist–Singapore Masters Swimming Championships). I love to read and write too.My passions: Enjoying everything I do. Seeking to make a difference everywhere I go. My desires: Seeing businesses grow; experiencing growth in different fields. My greatest dream: To make every minute count in the most productive way possible, using the resources at my disposal.
