Current➢ Client: David Yurman and SC Johnson - D2C eCommerce Sales and Brand Awareness• Develop and execute quarterly media plans and forecasts for search and social programs leading to a 40% increase in ROAS.• Spearhead comprehensive new customer acquisition strategies while optimizing sales revenue and maintaining efficiencies.• Lead multinational marketing teams across UK, Canada, France, Mexico, and Colombia, ensuring consistent strategy execution, seamless launch readiness, and data-driven performance analysis.• Partner with McKinsey top-tier consultants to leverage A/B testing and experimentation for in-depth market analysis.• Deliver impactful presentations to client executives, effectively communicating campaign results, actionable business insights, and strategic recommendations.• Possess a deep understanding of full-funnel marketing campaigns, with the ability to analyze and explain how upper- and mid-funnel tactics contribute to and improve lower-funnel performance.• Collaborate closely with Ad Ops and Analytics teams to streamline implementation of measurement infrastructure.• Contribute to new business proposals and pitches across all marketing channels.• Travel internationally (10%) to meet with high-profile clients, discussing marketing goals and presenting performance results.• Leverage talent development processes to provide accurate, objective, and constructive performance evaluations for associates and managers.
