Current• Lead employee engagement strategy, including quarterly engagement surveys, benefits improvements, and policy changes.•HRBP to Finance and Marketing teams providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.• Provide support, leadership, coaching, mentorship, and development for 5 direct reports, and 7 skip level reports.• Manage our Administrative team, provide guidance on facilities management.• Work with individual employees and immigration attorneys to secure visas to ensure lawful employment in the US.• Lead strategy and communication response to the COVID-19 pandemic for 3 locations including Boise, ID, Redwood City, CA, and Dublin, IE.
