Developed and conducted stakeholder interview questions. Analyzed the qualitative data and reviewed relevant policy documents to identify strategic priorities. Wrote a detailed strategic plan. Compiled interview and focus group data into a companion report. Analyzed qualitative data and wrote a report on the impact the Centre has made on its users and the community. Kairos Community Resource Centre – Gang Prevention and Intervention Program – Evaluation Consultant. Established the framework and evaluation methods. Then developed client consultation interview questions and conducted interviews. Analyzed data and compiled information into a report that answered the questions set out by the Ministry of Child and Youth Services.Biorefining Research Institute – Lakehead University - Strategic Planning ConsultantEstablished the planning framework and consultation methods. Managed four outpatient clinics, comprising 35 staff. Facilitated annual operating plans, team building, and quality improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and meet targets. Collaborated with other agencies to improve patient care.

Recruited partners, facilitated annual planning and managed projects for this community collaborative, in order to accomplish the recommendations around Prevention, Treatment, Harm Reduction, Enforcement and Housing set out in the Drug Strategy.
