Staff of under 50 serving a diverse inner city population. Built and maintained buildings throughout the Providence area, as well as a nursery for children affected and maintained several Section 8 housing opportunities. Case management services and sustenance were provided. Left to take position with a for profit firm that went into reorganization prior to my starting.

Manage financial activity including payroll, human resources, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, grants payable, donor advised disbursements, internal reporting, investment reconciliation and allocation to 70+ funds. Direct supervision of one administrative support staff person.

Daily administration and management operations of the Institute buildings and projects, as well as the fiscal management of both the New York State General Fund and Research Foundation accounts from inception through termination. Working directly with project directors and staff of the Rockefeller Institute, the Office of the Provost at SUNYA, the Business Office of SUNY Central Administration, Sponsored Programs Office and the Secretary/Treasurer's Office of the Research Foundation of SUNY, vendors, consultants, and accounts receivable.
