Through the knowledge and expertise of the RGIAP, the WLA has a reliable and competent partner to aid them in evaluating all submissions and to help them render a correct and precise decision on certification. I worked as Corporate Responsibility Adviser at Camelot from January 2004 till September 2006. My role included driving continuous improvement in corporate responsibility performance in the business and managing Camelot’s corporate responsibility reporting processes. My areas of expertise are stakeholder engagement, product stewardship, environmental management and ethical supply chain management.

During my time as chair I was responsible for the development of a pan-European Responsible Gaming Standard and an Independent Certification Framework for lotteries. The Standards and Certification Framework have subsequently been successfully adopted and applied to lotteries in the European Region.

I worked as a consultant on corporate responsibility for Novo Nordisk with particular focus on social and environmental supply chain issues and socio-economic impacts.
