Executive Account Manager
Current• Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in client accounts to strengthen our business value.• Contribute to business development in the Tax and Accounts Payable fields by cultivating familiarity with competitor offerings and industry trends.• Deliver careful analysis and accurate data to clients.• Coordinate the involvement of Anybill departments, including IT, Integrations, Sales, Client Services, and Management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and clients’ expectations.• Lead solution development efforts that best address individual client needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.• Provides live system training on an as-needed basis for client accounts.• Risk and process analysis research for recommendations on process efficiency, visibility, accurate reporting, and decreased risk exposure.• Construct company requirements and implementation of systems such as: Salesforce, Zendesk, and custom-built systems. • Lead and maintain department-wide certifications.• Implement company-wide training programs for the continuous education of staff on the system and quality assurance. • Underwriting experience in internal and external system processes, including requirements for future internal and external business enhancements, and scripts for system-wide training videos and manuals.• Managerial duties including, but not limited to: creating job descriptions, completing timekeeping, employee performance reviews, training, hiring, and firing of department staff.
