During more than 20 years of leadership in service of youth, families, and communities, I have focused on organizational and individual capacity building, program design and strategy, cross-sector partnerships, and meeting community needs. I am a racial equity advocate grounded in a relationship-based approach to building anti-racist cultures, policies, and norms while working towards systems change. I support individual leaders and teams to build and strengthen innovative and sustainable programs, create strong partnerships, and experience belonging and motivation as they meet high standards and meaningful outcomes.
