Maintained a razor-sharp focus on Levi’s US Women’s category inventory management, while building capabilities for fast production lead-times and new end-to-end planning processes. Managed an annual volume of 16m units, which encompassed wholesale and Levi's Store and Levi's Online distribution channels. Supported the 2016 rollout of SAP/APO which integrated the forecast and live orders with inventory planning and order procurement. At the same time launched the Business Objects reporting tool (Tableau), which pulled real-time data from SAP and provided multi-level inventory reporting. Successfully delivered high profile initiatives for the Women’s business such as a product line launch for Macy’s and Levi’s Retail Stores that offered customers a new denim fit platform.

Responsible for the inventory planning for the Levi’s Women’s US business along with consolidating production orders and raw material requirements for Levi Global Affiliates in Asia, Europe, Canada, Mexico and South America. Managed a team of fifteen, delivered globally 33m units of product annually and secured positions on 46m yards of fabric. Took an active role in creating new global supply planning processes, for example, creating reports to track US Wholesale and Retail orders for effective allocation and building tools to manage the worldwide production of Tops, which improved US service levels by 15 points.

Managed the product development, sourcing, costing, and finished goods inventory planning for different categories: Levi’s Young Men’s, Levi’s Women’s and Levi’s Girls. Traveled to Asia, Guatemala, Mexico, Colombia, and within the US to develop and negotiate programs, problem-solve on quality, product safety, production attainment issues, and ensure vendor social compliance. Supported system launches and new supply planning processes: helped lead the transition to regional planning with hubs in San Francisco, Brussels, and Singapore; was the subject matter expert for Levi Strauss & Co. 2008 U.S. SAP launch; in 2004 helped lead the company's transition from financing vendor raw materials to creating a full package source base.

Led the production process from concept to store placement for Zutopia, a pre-teen start-up fashion-forward store with dressy and sportswear offerings. Traveled extensively to factories in Asia to negotiate costing, ensure vendor social compliance and product safety, and monitor production attainment for both Zutopia and Gymboree. Zutopia had an aggressive GTM calendar with eight seasonal releases each for Zutopia Girl and Boy with an average of 80 new products per release, which successfully delivered on time.

Directed the product development and sourced loungewear licensed apparel programs in Asia, Central America, and the US, and ensured supplier quality, product safety, and social compliance to meet Target and Disney standards. Was able to achieve product innovation efforts that successfully delivered softer hand boxer shorts while managing very tight cost margins and fast speed to market requirements.
