Founded nonprofit organization in response to increasing school dropout rate in Norristown, PA. Startin'​ School in Style provides a fun back-to-school shopping experience for girls K-12 at no cost. During events, girls can "shop" in a mall-type atmosphere and be assisted by our volunteers in order to boost confidence and excitement about starting the school year. Collaborated with co-managers and volunteers to collect donations from community, sort clothes, coordinate events with partners, and staff/execute events. Nearly a thousand young women and their families have been provided clothing and other resources since its inception.

Competed against universities nationwide in developing fully comprehensive campaign for Mary Kay Inc; Organized and led agency meetings using strategic planning skills to execute tasks and meet deadlines; Delivered detailed campaign plans book to client prior to competition; Pitched campaign to client and industry judges at NSAC 2014 in New York City; Received 5th Place within district of competing universities.
