Annerie completed her BCom Human Resources degree at the University of Pretoria in 2007. She was invited to join the Golden Key Society which is a privilege granted to the top 15% academic achievers of the University. After obtaining her degree, Annerie got accepted into the Honours programme at both the University of Pretoria and North West University.In 2008 Annerie completed her Honours degree in Human Resources at North West University for which she obtained an average above 70%. She then got accepted to complete her Masters degree at the University of Pretoria. Annerie obtained her Masters degree in Industrial Psychology in 2011 while working full time at the International Organisation for Migration as an HR/Admin Assistant. The title of her dissertation was: Psychometric Properties of the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory in a South African Context.In 2012 Annerie completed her internship in Industrial Psychology at Saville Consulting International under supervision of Professor Pieter Koortzen. She passed her board examination for registration as Independent Industrial Psychologist at the Health Professions Council of South Africa in February, 2013 after which she was promoted to an Industrial Psychologist at Saville Consulting International. Annerie is currently working at Giotto SA as Industrial Psychologist.
