Topics include: phasing privileges, preventing texting while driving, reducing all distracted driving, responding to peer pressure situations, back-to-school driving, safe teen homecoming and prom driving and increasing seat belt use.The Before The Wheel Program directs parents to utilize the same successful step-by-step, gain based, positive reinforcement formula that they have utilized for the previous 16 years to help their child achieve proficiency and success in academics, sports, dance, music or drama. .
