Key responsibilities are System Branding, Portfolio Development, Vendor Development, Pricing Strategy and Go-To-Market plans 5. Actively involved in implementation of Dynamics 365 by Microsoft for the company and monitoring how to continuously improve business process through it 6. Currently working on a "First-in-the-Country" Technology System which focuses on Energy Savings, Improved Efficiency and Competitive Cost Advantage

• Responsible for new product sales and marketing for the company • Market research for identification of new market opportunities through interaction with customers, consultants, contractors and the internal sales teams• Identifying effective Routes to Market for the new and existing products and segments• New products marketing strategy design and Business Plan, Cost, Margin and Revenue Analysis of new and existing products• New Product Development using techniques like Stage Gate, QFD, Target Costing, Rapid Prototyping etc.• Cross functional team work – interaction with Plant team, Supply Chain Team and Finance and Administration Teams during various stages of each project for successful execution• Identification of training and development needs for team members • Constant motivation and inspiration of team members to achieve team goals

• Research Design for client projects - requirements gathering by direct interaction with customer (Design of Research Instruments etc)• Project Scope Definition and Planning• Project Budget Preparation and Manpower planning• Field Team co-ordination for execution of primary survey in market• Interaction with Analysis and Operations teams for data processing and output generation.• Interaction with industry experts, channel partners, associations, manufacturers and service providers on a project requirement basis, to get a first-hand understanding of the key drivers of businesses.• Direct client interaction during all stages of the project from Project Enquiry and Commissioning to final presentation and discussion
