General business practice in Owensboro, Kentucky from 1985 to 2002 when I moved to Winston-Salem, North Carolina and joined Bell, Davis & Pitt. I now concentrate my practice in commercial real estate, with an emphasis on representing financial institutions in the disposition of OREO property and acquisition and ground leasing of de novo branch sites, as well as leasing office space for branch and affiliate and back office support locations.
