Human Resource / Payroll Duties – • Processing of Weekly Payrollo Verify hours reported are correct, including checking eligibility for PTO and Holiday payo Provide summary of weekly hours by location to managemento Enter results from summary into payroll software and provide to Controller for reviewo Process Garnishment checkso Create journal entries • Managing Insurance Enrollment process – setting up newly eligible employees in the various healthcare systems and reconcile monthly billings• Update Personnel records as appropriate for training obtained, as well as provide managers with reports of who has an expiring driver license, needs physical for CDL certification, etc.• Enroll employees in Simple IRA planAccounts Receivable Manager Duties– • Process customer payments• Make collection calls on balances > 30 days past due and keep notes of such calls up to date• Issue pre-lien notices, if needed, on customer jobs weekly and sign conditional and unconditional lien waivers for Customers upon request if acceptable• Open new customer accounts • Provide bi-monthly aging summary of accounts > 30 days past due to Controller and President with comments of recent collection efforts made• Reconcile credit card merchant statement• Request Certificates of Insurance for and from our CustomersAccounts Payable Manager Duties – • Enter accounts payable invoices submitted from branches and provide to Controller for review prior to posting to system• Process check runs on the 10th and 20th of the month• Reconcile monthly vendor statements
