Sales training and support of 36 US Bank branches as a part of Bauman Group, Inc. contract.~ Individualized a slide deck provided by US Bank to explain a new sales initiative. Presented material in a class setting to approximately 300 US Bank employees who were primarily managers and tellers.~ Paid monthly visits to each branch to review sales processes, problem-solve strategies for increasing sales, and provide support for this initiative. Also produced a set of graphs each week to show branches how they were doing in dollars and customers in comparison with other branches in their district and area. Wrote a weekly email to give suggestions on sales tips.
