As Vice President of my GlamourGals chapter, I demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills through various initiatives. I conducted self-care sessions, providing nail painting, manicures, hand massages, facial cleansing, moisturizing, and makeup application to help seniors feel special and cared for. I organized and led events such as bake sales for fundraising and holiday winter events, engaging seniors with personalized cards, bingo games, and handmade bracelets. I maintained high volunteer engagement and motivation despite challenges, showcasing my commitment to the cause. Additionally, I fostered strong connections with seniors by leveraging interpersonal skills and cultural awareness to create an inclusive and welcoming environment.
