I am an experienced organisational consultant with over 30 years of experience coaching and advising hundreds of organisations. My work has centred on leadership dynamics, systemic and relational issues, and the role of emotions in the workplace.I am also a qualified psychotherapist and supervisor, bringing a deep understanding of human behaviour and emotional processes to my consulting and academic work. In addition to my consulting career, I have held senior management roles in the cultural sector in both Ireland and the UK.More recently, I transitioned into academia, where my research focuses on the influence of emotions and unconscious dynamics on organisational behaviour and structure.I hold a PhD in organisation studies from the University of Bath, where my thesis examined the creative potential of disappointment in organisations. I also hold an MSc in systemic organisation and management from the University of Sunderland, where I was awarded the Academy Prize for the highest marks in my graduating year of 2004.
