Annette Collier is the owner and real estate broker for Able Real Estate Incorporated, licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland. While being a broker she has served in many leadership positions that have enabled her to engage in the drive and advocacy for “Democracy in Housing”, which is her true passion. She is currently serving on Mayor Cherelle Parker’s Transition Team - Housing, Planning & Development Subcommittee and as NAACP Philadelphia Housing Committee Chair.For over 20 years Annette has been an instructor at Temple University’s Pan-African Studies Community Education Program course called “How to Own Your Own Real Estate”. She believes that all dreams can come true for all people when they understand the importance of creating and maintaining wealth that can be passed on for generations.Throughout Annette’s career she has been passionate about serving people from all backgrounds, whether individuals are from the United States or international areas, home buyers/sellers, developers and investors.
