Profile:PhD in chemistry, specialized in protein biochemistry/ structural biology. During my scientific career I got aquanted with a variety of laboratory methods to engineer, purify and characterize both soluble and membrane proteins and was designing and leading projects both independently and in collaboration with internal and external researchers. I have valuable experience with the analysis and interpretation of scientific results and communicating complex biochemical processes to a broad audience.In addition I was involved in administrative and organisatory processes, such as risk assesment, planning trips to synchrotrons, applying for research grants and beamtime at synchrotrons and the maintainance of laboratory equipment and working environment.During my employment in industry I improved in efficiently working on a number of projects in paralell through prioritizing and proactive planning.My collegues describe me as positive and open minded with strong team working skills.
