Working alongside senior management teams, I have over 35 years’ experience with a variety of commercial and public sector organisations including start-ups, SMEs and larger national organisations. My career has presented me with opportunities to; lead teams of training professionals, project manage innovative multi-media and blended learning solutions, develop and grow start-up businesses, manage new sales and key client accounts, and bid management in a clinical software development organisation (recognised for its contribution to the COVID efforts).I am a driven and highly motivated individual who practices positive leadership and coaching. I am ‘people focused’ enjoying any time spent with colleagues or customers. Countryside adventures with my four-legged canine companions are my go-to after work. I am most definitely an outside kind of person and have a passion and connection with equines. I have owned my own horse and participate in helping others with their ponies including supporting Equine Therapy learning centres.
